Why Team Fast?

Personal guidance from Oliver Davis. The resources of #TEAMFAST and eXp Realty.

Choosing a Realtor is about the person you trust—and the resources behind their work. I bring my Berkeley neighborhood knowledge, French-American perspective, and construction engineering background to your move. As a member of Team Fast at eXp Realty, I also have access to a wider community of real estate professionals.

The team behind my service

Founded by Kenny Truong, #TEAMFAST combines agent collaboration, coaching, marketing tools, and operational support with eXp Realty’s broader network. The team’s published leadership includes Carina Demeter, Executive Director; Elias Astuto, Director of Sales and Coaching; Moli Jordan, Director of Operations; and Patrick Nissim, Executive Producer at FAST Studios.

Marketing with a plan

Team Fast’s resources include listing and agent support, video services, and #FASTBOOTH. For your sale, I start with your home: its condition, layout, location, and likely buyers. We can then discuss the appropriate photography, preparation, presentation, and promotion for your property.

Experience across the Bay Area

Team Fast’s official website reports 869 homes sold and $667 million in sales volume for 2025, with more than 200 agents and 1,800 Zillow reviews. These are team-wide, self-reported figures—not my individual production or a prediction of your result.

What this means for you

You work directly with me on your strategy, preparation decisions, and next steps. For sellers, that means a practical conversation about improvements and positioning. For buyers, it means comparing actual homes and the responsibilities that come with them. For downsizers, it means planning both sides of the move around your timing and daily life.

Let’s discuss your next move

Tell me what you are considering in Berkeley or the East Bay. I can help you weigh the options and build a plan that fits your goals.
